LAMMA 2018 could be described as a disaster for exhibitors, however every cloud has a silver lining, so the saying goes, and your silver lining is that this gives you the ideal opportunity to contact every existing or potential customer who you didn’t see on the first day. This is action that you need to take today if you want success

Put together a simple snappy email/social media/digital marketing message saying how sorry you are that your customer missed the opportunity to see/experience your range of products/services. I’ll leave it to you and your marketing people to put together the content. This then needs following up by phone next week if you are to profit from the LAMMA cancellation.
