With over 20 years’ worth of experience in consultancy, and more than 30 years working with global and national sales and management teams, Healdi leverages a wealth of knowledge and insights to deliver tailored strategies that work.

As the owner of Healdi, I help SME business owners, directors, and management teams to increase profitability, optimise their processes, and attract and retain clients. In short, I work with you to enable you to reach your full potential.

Since establishing Healdi in 2009, I’ve predominantly assisted businesses within the engineering and manufacturing industries. However, in recent years, I’ve worked with a more diverse range of businesses within the B2B sector. I’m also a registered mentor for the University of Lincoln and a voluntary Business Mentor for the Government’s ‘Help To Grow’ initiative.

I adopt a hands-on, people-orientated approach. I keep clients at the heart of each strategy, and I help you to leverage employee skills. My methods are holistic, covering sales strategies, communication improvement, customer experience management (CEM), staff retention, personal development, and more.

Outside of my role as a business improvement consultant, I’m an avid rugby and Formula 1 fan. Both sports tie in nicely with my consultancy, and you’ll often find me drawing comparisons between rugby and F1 in my approach to business. A rugby team or F1 driver can’t win without teamwork, solid tactics, and a clear strategy!

Over the last few years, Healdi’s portfolio of business success stories has grown exponentially, both in terms of the achievements of my clients and the variety of sectors I’ve worked in.

Rather than simply identifying issues and setting out strategies for improvement, I work alongside owners, directors, and managers to ensure plans are actioned effectively. It is this comprehensive approach that allows me to guarantee success.

I begin by establishing how aligned a business is across all levels of its internal hierarchy. Do workers understand the roles of their managers? Do directors know what tasks their management teams carry out on a daily basis? Regardless of the challenges faced or the type of business I’m working with, I’ll start by making sure that everyone is on the same page.

Because I work directly with managers to implement changes, I’m able to show teams how best to adapt a strategy in light of new developments. This proactive approach ensures that targets are met, challenges are fully overcome, and long-lasting solutions are put in place.
